Return and refund policy

Return period

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return an item. If 30 days have passed, we unfortunately cannot accept returns or exchanges.

Return conditions

'Your item must be unused and in the same condition as when received, including the original packaging. We require a receipt or proof of purchase for your return. Please do not send the item back to the manufacturer.'

Partial refunds

In some cases, only a partial refund is provided:

  • If an item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our fault.
  • If an item is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

"We will inspect your return and notify you via email. If your refund is approved, it will be processed within 30 business days and automatically credited to your original payment method."

Delayed Or Missing Refunds

"If you have not yet received a refund, you should first check your bank account again and then contact your bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially recorded. If you have done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@glazira.com."

Exchange

"We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged. For an exchange, please send an email to info@glazira.com."

Return of Gifts

"If the item was a gift sent directly to you and marked as a gift, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. If the item was not marked as a gift, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, the refund will be sent to the gift giver."

Return shipping

Please contact us at info@glazira.com for return instructions. Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase. No refunds or exchanges are possible after 30 days.

Free shipping

We offer free shipping, but return shipping costs are not refunded. You are responsible for the shipping costs when returning your item. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
